Portfolio

  • Look how the pattern is matched up in this wallpaper and note the level join with the ceiling.
  • The heavy duty embossed ceiling paper and two contrasting wall papers have all joined together seamlessly.
  • This embossed patterned paper gives a great covering to the ceiling.
  • This Rag Rolling effect is done by using a chamois leather to combine three different colours.
  • The basic box shape is painted with vinyl silk and then the other two colours are rag rolled on top.
  • This ceiling is plain emulsion
  • An uneven and damaged wall is smoothed out by being cross lined. This means that wall is prepared by hanging lining paper horizontally and then painted with vinyl silk.
  • A room can be transformed by using contrasting wallpaper and coving.
  • This pattern took some matching! Particular care was taken when fixing the coving to disguise an uneven ceiling and to ensure that underside was horizontal to show off the pattern.
  • The papering and coving enhanced the detail in the arch.
  • The quality of my work is meant to last! I had decorated this bathroom with embossed paper 12 months before this photo was taken.
  • Look how the pattern is level with the ceiling and shower curtain rail.
  • This is a papered reveal. There are four lengths of paper used around this window recess to make for a professional finish. All still in pristine condition after 12 months.
  • The corner of the room comes very near the door recess - but that's no problem for ARW Decorating!
